20 January 2026 : A memorable day for the School, as the school welcomed a group of four clowns from Germany for a special performance. The programme began with Saraswati Vandana, beautifully showcasing a glimpse of Indian culture. This was followed by the introduction of Mr. Arne Beeger and his team.  The initiative for this programme was taken by Savita Kelkar Madam, an energetic and inspirational member of the Deccan Education Society, Pune. Savita Kelkar Madam and the group of clowns were felicitated by the Principal of the Primary Section, Smt. Hemangi Deshmukh.

These clowns are from Clowns Without Borders Germany e.V. (a registered institution), who have visited India to perform free clown shows for children. They are in the country for around 2.5 weeks, performing two to three shows each day in schools, orphanages, hospitals, and other institutions for children and youth. The main goal of their visit is to spread joy, hope, and courage through laughter.  The show was organized for students from Std. 3 to Std. 7 (both shifts). It was a delightful experience for both students and teachers, as everyone thoroughly enjoyed the performance.
